Question I installed a2 Port USB 3.0 Pci Express card adapter

The USB works but I think it's 2.0 USB. I downloaded fedora 24 work station it took about 20 Min. I used a USB stick and made a self booting USB stick. This took about 5 or ten minutes. I purchased a 3.0,USB Gigabit Ethernet Adapter. It showed on my data connected at 100 Mb's my connection with my on board ethernet connected at 1000 Mb's I installed a 1000 lan card and it shows 1000 which is my router speed. The 3.0 USB Gigabit Ethernet Adapter shows the same thing on 2.0 USB.
I got an offer today for 100 Mbps internet today cheaper than I pay for 25Mbps.
I don't use USB very often but want it working correctly.
How can I get on hwbrowser or ha1-device-manager on Fedora 24. I have the software for this item but it's more complicated than I'm comfortable with.
I also installed VirtualBox but I've never used this.

I used a terminal logged in a su and dnf install dmidecode
then typed in dmidecode and got motherboard supplied 3.3 volt to the 2 port port PCI express card. The power supply unit also plugs into the pci express card adapter. I purchased a USB 3.0 stick and I'm going to run a speed test. I also purchased a small tester that plugs in and checks amps and voltage. A USB 3.0= 0.9 amp a USB 2.0 = 0.5 amp.
