Having trouble installing a piece of hardware? Want to know if that peripheral is compatible with Linux?

Evga 2 port super speed usb3.0 pci-express card: Compatibility with Debian

I am thinking about buying Evga 2 port superspeed usb3.0 pci-express card (PART NUMBER: 100-U3-EU30-TR) and
the link to the manufacturer's page is:

http://www.evga.com/products/moreinf...100-U3-EU30-TR

Is this card compatible with Debian Squeeze and kernel 2.6.32? Has anyone used it with Debian Squeeze?

If I connect a webcam to this card's usb port, can the same driver(that worked for usb2.0 direct
connected to motherboard usb) be used for that webcam? The webcam I want is Philips SPC1330NC
and link is:

http://www.philips.ca/c/webcams/spc1330nc_17/prd/en/

I just want to make sure before buying because store's return policy is horrible. Thanks.
