Angry HPNA driver - gcc 3

Greetings,

Does anyone know the status of HPNA linux driver for kernels compiled with gcc 3 (redhat 8 and 9)? The HPNA driver for linux that is available on linksys website ftp://ftp.linksys.com/beta/ is compiled with gcc 2 and therefore will not work with recent kernel - unless compiled with gcc 2.

Thanks in advance,

dhirajb
