HPIJS question -> printing in Red Hat

I have an HP psc 1200 printer/scanner (for now I'm only trying to get it to print) and I found that I had to use the hpijs driver, I found it on this site

http://www.linuxprinting.org/show_pr...um=HP-PSC_1200

but I went to this site for installation instructions in Red Hat:

http://hpinkjet.sourceforge.net/install.php

everyting went fine untill step 10, my printer model is not showing up in the list.

In the map "/usr/share/cups/model" is a shortcut ( I think it is, it's a map with a green arrow on it) to "foomatic-ppds", when I click it it goes to "/usr/share/ppd" and there is only one map: HP. When I click on that map it has lots of files with printernames and my printer is listed as well:"HP-PSC_1200-hpijs.ppd.gz"

What should I do? I followed everything exactly as http://hpinkjet.sourceforge.net/install.php said, but as i said I can't find my printer in the list.

Can anybody help me please?
