Yesterday I tried to connect a HP618 digital camera to my linuxbox. The camera is listed in the supported hardware and is detected immediately. When it comes to finally download the pictures (linux detects 32 pictures in the camera) an error message comes: " Filesystem does not support file informaiton."
This was in gnome. I tried to run KDE and its control center. There I can add the camera manually and run a successful test. But still the same message when downloading the pics.
I havent got the camera here now to try, as it belongs to a friend of mine. Thanks for the quick reply though. I will try it as soon as I can get my hands on his camera.
