now i have some more information
my printer type is usb and so i specified /dev/usb/lp0 as printer type. but when i examined print job administation program it shows a message
status: cannot open 'dev/usb/lp0'- 'No such device',attep 3, sleeping 40 at ,,,,,,
but in my /dev/usb directory i have a device name lp0.
i express my thanks to anybody giving a solution.
