As said, did you mark the partition as bootable after installation???? Setting it to boot from HDD in BIOS won't do it, and if you haven't configured the RAID controller correctly, it won't work either. You may only have one drive, but you DO have to configure the controller.

That works fine , able to install window 2012 and booting fine . Just installed to test the Hardware . Bue we have to install ubuntu .

Why do you
HAVE TO install Ubuntu?? Pretty much any version of Linux is interoperable with others. What are you trying to do with that server? What's it going to be doing??
And
AGAIN, you need to
CALL IBM SUPPORT. That hardware is certified by Ubuntu to work:

And did you try to look on IBM's website, as suggested previously???

Again, IBM supports that server; you are paying for this when you buy the IBM server, and they can assist you with getting things going. The VERY FIRST THING they're going to tell you is to apply ALL the firmware/bios updates available for that hardware, before you do ANYTHING else...and there are several available. You still haven't told us whether you're using 12.04 LTS or 'regular' 12.04, and WHY you're using 12.04 when there's a newer version out.
