Question Install ubuntu server from laptop because no kybd no display connected with server


I need some info how to install ubuntu server.

I have a running server with RedhatES4 without keyboard,mouse, cdrom and display.

I want to change it to ubuntu. It is possible from my laptop to do it??How??

You could net-install it with netbootcd-3.0.

Please provide alot more info on what you wanna do, your Hardware, etc.
