How to access a USB flash drive

I am trying to get my USB flash drive to work on my Mandrake 9.1 system with KDE.

I am a complete newbie and have not been able to figure out how to make it work. Is the system recognizing the drive but I just cannot see a new "drive" mounted?

How do I do this?
