I've Compaq pressario 1500 laptop.
I've installed RH Linux 8 on it.
I want to access internet through wireless card.
I have "Linksys Instant wireless Network PC Card ver.3"
My system don't beep when i insert the card.
I guess linux is detecting my system.

out put of following commads :
>cardctl ident
