Firefox makes my serial mouse stupid

Hello.

I just painfully figured out how to make my serial mouse working on KDE 3.5 and then I installed firefox. When I run Firefox 2.0.0.3, my mouse begins making fool things... It does not react and if it reacts, it makes some clicks when just moving, etc...

My excerpt from /etc/X11/xorg.conf:
Code:
Section "InputDevice"
	Identifier	"Configured Mouse"
	Driver "mouse"
	Option "Device" "/dev/ttyS0"
	Option "Protocol" "IntelliMouse"
	Option "ZAxisMapping" "4 5"
#	Option "Buttons" "3"
	Option "Emulate3Buttons"	"true"
EndSection
Does anybody know how to solve my strange problem?

Thx in advance.

I'm not sure if I'm on the right path but do you have another device using /dev/ttS0?

I've never used the "Intellimouse" protocol...could that be part of the problem? I don't remember if I've ever used anything other than "auto", but in any case I don't have any serial mice with a mousewheel.

I really have no idea what's going on; Firefox doesn't have its own mouse drivers or anything. Do you know what model of mouse this is, or at least the brand?
