Finding a reliable Wi-Fi Adapter for a laptop

hello.

I am planning to buy a Wi-Fi (either G or N) PCMCIA Cardbus adapter for a Compaq 1800T laptop. Does anyone know of a good adapter I could buy (brand and model)? and also, is there any Wi-Fi adapters for the ExpressCard 54/34?
