Fglrx & Suse 9.3

I have a ati 9600 pro and want to install suse 9.3 but i have concerns that if i install the fglrx drivers, it isn't going to work. does anybody here know how to install the drivers correctly? As in, getting both 2d and 3d to work.

Yes follow this link http://portal.suse.com/sdb/en/2005/04/akulk_ati93.html I have done this quite successfully, just make sure you only change the screen size and not the card before finalising.
