Fedora Core 5 Dual Display

I am running Fedora Core 5 and I am trying to get dual screens working on my computer. The graphics card that I am trying to use is a GeForce FX 5500 PCI card. I downloaded the current drivers for this card and I had a terrible time trying to install them.

I first installed the kernel source files and setup the link at /usr/src/linux which is where the drivers are looking for the source files. The driver installation gave me an error that said that I should look in the nvidia log file to figure it out but no real problem is given (in the log file it even says to look at the log file for errors).

I am not sure if the kernel source files are correct. Does anyone know where I should get them? I got my source file from kernel.org. Also should I consider just getting a new grahics card (or cards) for dual screen?

Read the sticky at the top of the Fedora forum. In short, using the driver direct from the nVidia page is a bad idea. Try getting the rpm from Livna.
