I was wondering what the command was to eject the cd out of the cdrom...I know to mount the cd its usually mount /mnt/cdrom but what about to eject cause its stuck. Thanks!
related but different problem:
I started to burn a cd (xcdroast 0.98alpha9), saw a config prob and stopped it.
Now the cdwriter (which is not mounted) will not eject.
I assume something is accessing the drive that I'll need to kill,
but ps aux doesn't show me anything that looks like xcdroast or cdrecord...
Do I have to reboot?!
p.s. I'm brand new here and may have set my options a tad too strictly..
(if so, sorry..) If you can't reply to with the system, send to [ bro at ufl dot edu ]
