Directory name is non-standard character
So here goes,
Slackware 10.1 on hd1 with three partitions:
/
/var
swap
Has worked fine.
I Installed another (hd2) that was my old XP hdd. It had two ntfs partitions when it was in use. I wanted to be able to view all the existing data on this drive. I slapped it in, did the mkdir and mounted it just fine.
But, there is a directory listed that has a name that I cant cd to. it is a square, I think hex value 0xDB. How can I get into this directory? Will I be able to view the second partition without losing the data on it? Do I need to know the old partition sizes and update it with fdisk?
A note: I am working only from the console.
