Digiview monitor compatibility

I'm a noob to linux so be easy on me. I just installed Fedora Core 2 ( 2.6.5-1.358) on one of my PCs. The install went fine but the only thing bothering me now is my monitor. It's not even listed in the very extensive list of "Display Settings > Configuration". I decided to chose "Generic CRT Display" with 800x600 resolution. I'm currently using a Digiview 17" HR-70+ CRT monitor. It's bugging me because the max refresh rate it allows is 56Hz and it's giving me a headache. The vid card I'm using is an ATI Radeon 7200 which Fedora had no problem detecting. I've tried to find the answer to my question by googling but to no avail. TIA.
