Creative Modem Blaster/Linux problem

I'm running Suse 9.1 Personal. Everything works except that my modem blaster won't work. Any help would be much appreciated

Probably because the modem has a Conexant chipset. Conexant chipsets suck, except for latencies .

Conexant chipsets suck, because they don't have open source drivers and Conexant apparently refuses to support Linux.

I don't know how bad they suck, but their the only modems I've had any luck with. Anyway is there any way around it to get it to work?

Did you get the solution for the modem?
Im facing the same problem with suse 9.1 and Creative Modem Blaster v.90 PCI DI5655.

Any help in this regards will be highly appreciated!
