ATI driver and acceleration problem

Hi all,
I've a strange project to do... I need to be able to play 3 video streams to different monitors. So I'm using a MicroATX motherboard with Intel 945G chipset and an ATI 9250PCI graphic card.
I'm using Fedora Core 6 and I successfully got Intel working full speed and I've a lot of problems with ATI:
using driver "radeon" in xorg.conf I can have fluent video playing but only on one monitor. If I play 2 videos on both ATI outputs I can see strange frames (like the composition of the frames which should be shown on the 2 monitors). If I use "fglrx", installed 8.28 from ATI website, all works good but video are very very slow to play!! The opposite of fluent playing!
I read a lot of thread about wrong fglrx 3D acceleration. Does it can be a problem for playing videos?

fglrx seems to have performance problem, otherwise radeon seems to not be able to lead dual head!
So where do you suggest me to start?

Any help?
