Anyone know of a good hardware load balancer that is easy to setup?

It depends on your needs. If you only want to load balance HTTP, then use a software load balancer instead, not only will it always be more flexible, it will also be easier to setup. First check haproxy (fast) and pound (does SSL) depending on your needs.
If you need to do more than just HTTP and need a web-based configuration interface, check the appliances based on these tools (Exceliance's ALOHA LB, Loadbalancer.org, ...).
