alsa sound driver error ?

At the end of a X session, i can read this message (probably output during my KDE session) :

"Alsa lib pcm_hw.c:549: (snd_pcm_hw_start) SNDRV_PCM_IOCLT_START failed: broken pipe"

What am I supposed to do with that ?

Could it be related to a problem that randomously freezes all my system during 30s a few minutes after KDE is started ?

Any hints somebody ?
