Question adding a windows network printer


Hello,


I have a lexmark x5150 that is a network printer. it is installed on a windows 2000 pc and shared for network use. I need help installing the printer.

You can use RedHat's Printer Configuration GUI.
In the Menu -> System Settings -> Printing.
Or open a Terminal window and type: redhat-config-printer

To configure a windows networked printer, you must select the windows networked (SMB) setup option.
Take a look at this document for more detailed help.
