3com 3cn3bm1556b

i'm in a village in samos, greece, called ambelos. we finaly setup dialup on my moms laptop. i used her laptop to setup the whole 'userid/password' stuff up. now, i would like to use my laptop to connect also, but when i go to setup a new net connection, and look under isdn modems, i don't find any 3com. i have a dell inspiron 8000. underneath it SAYS 3com 3cn3bm1556b modem is used in the pc. now that i think of it, dell has replaced everything in this laptop, so i can't even rem if thats the correct modem...but supposing it is, how do i set this up? are there drivers i need to dl? and supposing i don't really know what modem i have, how could i check to find out?

thnx
jay

The 3Com part number quoted is a 10/100 network + 56K modem combo miniPCI (stock unit in an Inspiron 8000). If you're looking under isdn modems you wont find it.
