*nix distros supporting non-wacom tablets

I think non-wacom tablets use "passive digitizing". In any case, I've been searching high and low for a live cd that has a module. I've tried several versions of knoppix. If anyone is using a distribution with a non-wacom pen (and you didn't have to reconfigure anything) let me know so I can try it out.

You'll need to specify which non-wacom tablet you mean as there's more than one company making tablet pens.
