WordPress hosting vs Shared hosting

Hi all,

I have been searching on Internet and couldn't find the difference between WordPress Hosting and Shared Hosting.

I'm current subscribing Shared Hosting with unlimited websites, unlimeted space and unlimited visitors. All my websites are WordPress websites. My current contract shall end at the coming Mid April. I wonder whether it would be a benefit to renew to WordPress Hosting Plan? What are their difference?

Please shed me some lights. Pointers would be appreciated

You were already told that those plans "are just names - they can mean whatever any hosting company wants them to mean". I agree with that assessment. How can we help if we know neither your support needs nor the content of those plans? Not even their fees?

Look at the content of those plans and decide whether this is what you want. Then look at the cost and decide.
