Why RH8 is slow?

i am using RH8 on a 320 MB RAM with AMD K6-2 333 MHz CPU.
when i click KPPP, it took around 30 sec to respond/show up?
Why is the response slow?
Is it because i install Everything?

Yes, it probably is because you installed everything, you're likely to be running a hell of a lot of background processes that you'll never use. To see how many processes are running you can use top which will also show CPU usage so you can see what is making your box slow.
