surely a website found on google can better explain this than someone typing it all out...

http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en...ition&ct=title

Tells you what init is, what it does, and with mroe looking you can find all your answers

Not to mention you haven't even said what processes are starting

Lazy people.... tut
