Lot of thanks for your advice.
I have checked several days, that warning mentioned on my post #13 never repeated. Just contacted my hosting company and they couldn't find out the cause. I'll leave it and come back again if it happens the 2nd time.
Regarding VPS hosting suggested by you, all my websites are solely for sharing information amongst friends, not for business. It can say just for interest/fun therefore I select shared hosting.
