vga tv out ??

HP G60 with Debian 6

(Is this maybe a xorg.conf problem?)

I want to send the video signal out the VGA port but its not happening.

Pressing [FN] F4 which worked when this was a Windows XP laptop, but now under Linux, its not working.

Is there something that needs to be installed to enable this?

I'd like to be able to cycle through as I can under windows from
Laptop LCD only to
VGA (projector etc) only to
Laptop LCD and VGA
