Using Enlightenment, changed theme cannot access menu

Hi
I am using enlightenment, and was currently changing the theme. Unfotunately I changed it to a theme that must not have worked, because now (to access menus you left click) I cannot access the menus, therefore I cannot change the theme back to what it was. Is there a way to change the theme, without using Aterm or Eterm? After hitting Ctrl-Alt-Bckspace is there a way to use a new theme from there? Any help is greatly appreciated.
