How to config/custom/create enlightenment theme

I am a nOOb to *nix and enlightenment. I've recently install a enlightenment wm on my fbsd 4.8 box. Is there any tutorial or documentation to teach how to config/custom/create the enlightenment theme?

I installed the aqua theme from e.themes.org. It looks very beautiful and great! However, I did not got the same effect just like the screenshoot. Such as, the shiny resource viewer that can spy cpu,ram,disk,network, etc. How to do that ? What ports should I install ?

The resource viewer is a seperate app, called GKrellm, and is using it's own similar looking theme.
