Updates on Red Hat 7.3

I am trying to get all of 7.3's updates but when I go to Red Hat's site and click on rhn Login I get Personal Sercurity Manager not installed error, or SSL_connect errors -when I try to run rhn_register. How do I fix this problem so that I can Update?

Didn't Red Hat stop all support for all old distros save for RH9 and Fedora, etc.?
