Ttf

Hi there!
I installed the Microsoft TTF fonts with the KDE font installer, but still none of the programs recognise them. What could I've done wrong? Thanks very much in advance!

Take a look at

http://www.osnews.com/story.php?news_id=1890&page=3

it's about Redhat 8, but the KDE recipes are not RH-specific.

do you know where they got installed to? make sure that your XF86config(-4) is pointing there in 'section "files"'

part of mine has this:

FontPath "/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/TTF/"

Well now the problem is that some of the programs(like Konqueror) find the fonts and some (like opera) don't. Why could this be? Thanks for your help guys!
