i am looking for a software that would help me to dial out and talk to external phone. the scenario is like this ..asuume that i dont hv any phone at home. i hv a phone line connected to my modem. i want to use my mic & head phones, dial out using my computer thru the modem to any external ph # and talk to that person using my head phones and mic.
