Site loading slow on New server

Hi all

I just install a new OS, and my site seems to be running slow

I run a phpnuke platform and it normaly loads real quick for me viewing it via local host, now it takes 10.23 sec and before that it was loading at 1.03sec via localhost.

any ideas as to why its loading slow.

OS is Tinysofa ( Emily ) edition

Check the number of processes there are running. Maybe there are unneded services. Try to turn off as many as you can. It should help.

The services list looks quite good. Nearly everything's stopped. What's with processes (top or ps aux)? How big is the processor usage?
