sendmail and vacation

Hi,

I noticed there was a vacation program in the sendmail source file.
I also realised it is a third party program not from sendmail.

However, I could not find any README or HOWTO on the implementation of this vacation program.

My objective:
Allow user to enable/disable theis vacation program in conjunction with their sendmail username. Using Webmin?

I would also like my users to be able to enable/disable email forwarding without giving them shell access (SSH).

FYI: I am using Slack9, sendmail 8.12.9

Any information will be greatly appreciated.
