Talking search Hyperlink ??

Hello All,

I Aplologize for the stupid question to post in this forum.

Actually this is a cleaning process. I have certian files in my docroot, which are not used and needs to clean them.
Rest which are used files i'll backup them.

So I want to find out all the files that are used in the my website, files that are hyperlinked even non linked files.

So does anybody knows where will i get the script for doing this ?
or do i have any other option like find.

I am on Redhat7.3 box.

Any help will be appreciated.

Regards,
