Scripting Exercises


Hey guys im trying to test my knowledge in scripting where can i find more additional exercises or scenarios that i can try?

For starters your own machines, usually. Find a problem to fix or some goal you want to achieve, then script a workaround, fix or solution. Else check the /programming forum for threads with (esp. "advanced") solutions to (esp. uncommon) problems and try to improve those. Else maybe join or submit fixes to an OSS project that uses scripting like Chkrootkit, GNU Tiger, OSSEC HIDS, Rootkit Hunter?
