Java Exercises


Hello Good day to all again,

I beleive that this is not the right forum to post this problem, I have research so many times about this problem but to no avail. any help is very much appreciated..

Problems:

Number to Words conversion:

Specifications:

a. Maximum number depends on the capability of the program
b. Minimu, requirements is up to millions
c. The program should also accept negative numbers
d. Disregrad comma ( , ) as your input or any seperator between values

sample output:

Enter number: 19856
In words is : nineteen thousand eight hundred fifty six

enter number: - 456
number in words: negative four hundred fifty six

enter number : 1000000
number ion words: one million

2. Date to words conversion

Specifications:

a. Converts any date between 01/01/1000 and 12/31/1999
b. The input should be only one line
c. If the inputted date is included in the holidays of the philippines, program should display the even
d. If the date is of special date for you, display its significance.
e. error trapping should be included, >12 and <1 a message should appear informing the user that the inoutted month is invalid. The case also in the day part and in the year part of the date


sample output:

enter date : 05/26/1985
In words: May twenty five nineteen eighty five
-----------------------------------------------------------------

enter date : 12/25/2005
in words : December twenty five two thousand and five

It's Christmas Day!!!
