Running ZENI setup got bash: permission denied


I have installed ZENI following the procedure from

And I try to run ZENI(a designing software) on fedora7...but i got permission denied...
The following are the konsole command i used and the error i got:
su root
/home/usrname/zeni/setup.csh
bash:/home/usrname/zeni/setup.csh: permission denied

I am using this program for final year project...anyone pls help~ T.T

In order to be able to help you as soon as possible and with correct and complete answers, it's always good to mention the version of your operating system also and if you've followed some guide to install your software. If you did, then please provide a link to it. Also, to be able to troubleshoot, please post the exact command(s) you executed and the exact errors you got.
