bash: Permission Denied

I have downloaded X-Lite (to use my VoipBuster account) but when I'm trying to run the file I get the following errors:

Code:
-bash: ./xtensoftphone: Permission denied
or by trying as sh xtensoftphone:

Code:
xtensoftphone: xtensoftphone: cannot execute binary file
The same happens even if I login as root or not. Anyone know what to do?

There might be an error in the download. Did you check the MD5 sums ?

nope put it your /tmp dir and run it from there. Depending on how you mount your drive, executable permissions may not be permisable.
