run .env file


#!/bin/bash
apps_down(){
su applclone -c"
. ./ebiz1/QAL/apps/apps_st/appl/QALNEW_ct-eagorasvr1.env
echo $ADMIN_SCRIPTS_HOME
whoami
. $ADMIN_SCRIPTS_HOME/adstpall.sh apps/apps > /home/applclone/error_log.txt"
}
apps_down

in above script setting the env variable is not working.But if i put below command . ./ebiz1/QAL/apps/apps_st/appl/QALNEW_ct-eagorasvr1.env
command in the shell its working.please help
