Removing Mandrake boot menu

I had mandrake 9 installed w/Windows on my old pc, which was fine. I wanted to remove linux because i'm giving the pc to my parents, and i don't want them confused w/the boot menu.....

so.. i decided to delete all partitions and start over.. i have my windows partition and everything works fine.. the only problem is the linux-mandrake boot menu still loads. This is really a minor annoyance for me, but will probably confuse my parents a lot. How can i get rid of the menu completely so that it just lets windows boot?

Thanks in advance

Do you have a windows 98/m.e boot disk? if not make one or go to www.bootdisk.com i think it is...

Load it up, then when it's done type fdisk /mbr

Everything should be back to normal...

Any problems come post back...
