qmail problem

hi
I install qmail, and configure it.and I build new domain and some users for it.but when I want to test it by telnet, this error appear:
-------
[root@linux Golzari]# telnet localhost 110
Trying 127.0.0.1...
Connected to localhost.localdomain (127.0.0.1).
Escape character is '^]'.
+OK <18636.1158492555@mail.linux.local/home/vpopmail/bin/vchkpw>
user golzari
+OK
pass 123
-ERR this user has no $HOME/Maildir
-ERR unable to write pipe
Connection closed by foreign host.
----------
and I dont know how I should solve it???????
---------
another problem is that when clients want to connect to mailserver,
is there any way to connect with a web browser to it:
for example could I type in a web browser:http://www.mydomain.com: port_number
and I want "number of port" that client can connect to mailserver through it.
???????????????

The errors should probably give you a clue:

-ERR this user has no $HOME/Maildir <- does the user have a home directory?
-ERR unable to write pipe <- Possibly a permissions issue, related to above error.

If the user is not a virtual user as in a database or the like, yes, they need some location for qmail to spool their mail..
