problem getting AIGLX up and running


I am following several guides and everything is going good so far. this is what happens

debian-etch:~# cat /var/log/Xorg.0.log | grep -i aiglx
(==) AIGLX enabled
(EE) AIGLX error: dlsym for __driCreateNewScreen_20050727 failed (/usr/lib/dri/fglrx_dri.so: undefined symbol: __driCreateNewScreen_20050727)
(EE) AIGLX: reverting to software rendering

If you use ati propretary driver, you need to install XGL and you don't need AIGLX. You can ignore this error.
