PostScript failure result in printing failure

Hi all,

I am trying to get my HP PSC1210 work in slackware 10 with CUPS and the HP driver, but I tried many ways. It still doesn't work.

I found this in the cups error_log, so I think PostScript is the trouble maker. Please advise me how to fix this.
thanks a lot

That does look like a problem with the postscript renderer (ghostscript).
I'd suggest you try running that gs command line yourself and seeing if it provides any useful error information. And/or try upping the "LogLevel" in cupsd.conf to get more info in the log.
