hi,
when use passwordless with public and private key PAM is used?

Yes. PAM does more than authentication. Have a look at /etc/pam.d/sshd to get an idea.

to authenticate pam is not used but with polkit to reauthorize remote user pam is used.correct?

I don't know what you mean by reauthorize. I also don't know much about polkit, but on https://www.freedesktop.org/software.../polkit.8.html I find the sentence "The libpolkit-agent-1 library provides an abstraction of the native authentication system, e.g. pam(8)". I conclude that the answer to your question is "probably".
