Since you post nothing but a screen-shot showing a download in progress, what exactly do you think we'll be able to tell you??? You tell us nothing about your hardware, internet connection, firewall(s), log messages, etc. We have nothing to go on. Provide full details, along with any troubleshooting you've done so far and we may be able to help. Otherwise, contact Oracle support.
