Hi all,

Can anyone describe me the terms like newsfeed, NNTP and INN in network news system and how these components work together in a simple manner. I am totally *newbie* to this topic. How does whole thing work when a user posts a messages/article or subscribe to any newsgroup?
Where does a user come in the whole system along with other components like nntpd, innd, nntpsend, nnrpd, UUCP etc.

I tried to find some helpful documents on net but I couldn't find many and the one I found is little difficult for me to understand.

I would greatly appreciate if anyone can help me understand this or ponit me to some documents.
