Members of LQ that run GRML(any), need your help and advice?

OK
I'm loving grml
it's pretty cool huh?

It's pretty hard to customize though..

a couple questions

1) anyone ever attempt to remaster GRML?

2) Which desktop do you run?
and Why?

I want to try ratpoison, fvwm, or others
but kinda confused as there are so many available in GRML.
thanks
